This year, in addition to being awarded two prestigious architecture specialisations in SASE and Hybrid Working, ISN has launched its Network as a Service product set which comprises 3 strategic Cisco Powered Services – Meraki Security, Meraki Access and Catalyst SD-WAN services and as such means that ISN has also met the requirements to become a Cisco Premier Provider.
After a rigorous audit process where Cisco validated ISN’s capability to provide as-a-service and Managed Service solutions, ISN has been certified with 3 Cisco specialisations specifically for Managed Service partners. As a part of this process, ISN demonstrated that their managed Catalyst SD-WAN, Meraki Access, and Meraki Security solutions met all the requirements to be validated as Cisco Powered Services.
- Cisco Powered Meraki Security: provides customers with powerful security, flexibility and efficiency using Meraki cloud.
- Cisco Powered Meraki Access: Delivering a managed LAN service and/or a managed WLAN service to connect users and devices.
- Cisco Powered Catalyst SD-WAN: Connect dispersed locations and multi-cloud environments securely and redundantly as a cloud-managed service.
Cisco’s Premier Provider status is a recognition of ISN’s investment in managed services and their new Network as a Service product offerings. It further validates the strength of ISN’s managed services practice from technical expertise, project delivery through sales and support. To receive this designation, ISN passed Cisco’s rigorous audit of their capabilities in supporting Meraki business infrastructure, network design and security, as well as Catalyst SD-WAN, which provides a seamless user experience with a single point of management for LAN, WAN, Security and Wireless. The audit verified that ISN delivers these Cisco products, services and solutions with enterprise-class reliability, security and awarding winning support. As a Premier Provider, ISN can now deliver Cisco Powered solutions to customers with the added reassurance that they have been audited and validated by Cisco.
Cisco’s Partner Program rewards businesses based on how they deliver value to customers, as well as being able to demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction. To be eligible for Premier Provider status, companies must have a global network operations centre, Cisco and ITIL certified employees, a customer success practice, managed services interlock and at least two Cisco Powered Services. Premier Provider clearly demonstrates the continued investment and expertise ISN draw upon when designing and building solutions that drive business outcomes.
