We troubleshoot when kit is delivered late or to the wrong location; we organise returns when equipment arrives broken or damaged; we register the warranties; we submit claims two years later when the item stops working and handle all the paperwork and correspondences which goes with it.
We’re in business to work in partnership with our clients, grow with them and ensure their IT strategy is optimised and stable. We’re not in business to make money from procurement whether it’s licensing, hardware or peripherals. We always have our client’s best interests at heart when submitting quotations.
