More importantly, we provide consultancy expertise to help with the right product and specification. It is vitally important to have good advice and avoid expensive mistakes where the hardware is either far too weak or desperately over specified for the business needs.
We also help our clients with the administrative burden which comes with placing orders and as often happens, when things go wrong. We troubleshoot when kit is delivered late or to the wrong location; we organise returns when equipment arrives broken or damaged; we register the warranties; we submit claims two years later when the item stops working and handle all the paperwork and correspondences which goes with it.
We’re in business to work in partnership with our clients, grow with them and ensure their IT strategy is optimised and stable. We’re not in business to make money from procurement whether it’s licensing, hardware or peripherals. We always have our client’s best interests at heart when submitting quotations.
