Onsite visits proactively manage maintenance

We believe it is vitally important that client networks are proactively maintained and serviced. Our golden rule is ‘prevention not cure’ which leads to our client networks being more trouble free and stable. When we visit clients, it’s us who find conflicts or corruptions and almost always deal with them before our clients even become aware.
In addition to the proactive maintenance we insist on, our clients tell us how useful it is to have us onsite from time to time. It’s a great opportunity to ask us questions, have a little training and hear about new technologies. Our unique system of remote access to client sites might allow us to diagnosis faults and fix them online but it’s our regular onsite visits which help us proactively manage maintenance and avoid business interruption issues.

Increasingly, businesses are choosing our Fully Managed Service. Although initially this may seem more expensive, it crucially puts us ‘on the spot’ to ensure the network is 100% stable – the more often we have to dispatch an engineer the less profitable we become. This Fully Managed Service also gives the client a fixed annual cost for IT support with no unexpected hidden fees.
