Support Desk


Our Support Desk is available on a 24/7 basis providing support for all of our clients with a 15 minute initial response.

 

The Support Desk Team based in the NOC is the first port of call for any issue clients have. The introduction of Broadband has enabled a significant proportion of problems to be attended to remotely by the team thereby delivering quick response times, with little disruption to the client.

 

ISN can work with a client to customise a support and response structure as required. This can be fixed-price or credits based as the customer sees fit.
