ISN began trading in 2008 as a specialist Networks and System Consultancy providing a sophisticated design and implementation approach to various projects in its early months, calling in the necessary partner relationships as required. It has moved quickly to become a full Managed Services company and now services clients in the Hospitality, Healthcare, Emergency Services and the Private Sector for various WAN, AD, Exchange and Security solutions.

ISN was formed by key personnel from a large outsourcing company who realised that customers wanted a more personal approach to their IT Service Provision. They set-up on their own and this approach saw that in times of economic downturn, a small, responsive consultative approach is preferred in many cases as customers look to get more “bang for their buck” and are able to deal day-to-day with engineers who understand their business, their requirements and their specific support needs.

For our clients, ISN operate a full helpdesk service, WAN design / implementation / monitoring, 24*7*4 break fix maintenance and general design and implementation resource.
